yesterday had NUSAV & BLAZERS exchanged prog held over at their campus

n the best start of the day is i didnt woke up for my 'sahur' (morning meal)

plus its raining heavily when we were on the way to the campus

n to my surprised khai also didnt woke up 'sahur' as well .. lolx ..

it was a very very challenging day for me

however, i've managed to pull thru!! yey !!

i've learn alot during the exchange prog

esp when i was the base when we were doing shoulder stand cradle fall

cool though .. hahas .. first time basing .. it was fun though .. :)

n the best thing of the whole prog is

i flew again !! doing 2-2-1

stunts combination from the 2 squads :)

mine was the tallest 2-2-1 as compared to the others esp

after the combination of the tallest bases plus the mid tiers .. hahas ..

overall, i really enjoyed myself there ..

hopefully there will be more exchange btwn our team again .. or others ..

n it jus take me tat whole day to gain more muscles

n i think i injured my knee again .. arghhh ..

anyway, headed straight home instead to

the BBQ event @ Coach place

couldn't take it laaa ... the tiredness .. stinkiness .. humidness etc

first time in my cheer trg i feel so0o stickyness n stinkiness to the MAXxx !!

even though i feel like giving some ppl a punch or two ..
